Verification Badges Explained
Verification badges help speakers and attendees identify authentic events and trusted organizers. A verified badge increases the credibility of your CFP and can significantly boost submission rates.Badge Levels
Organizer Verified
Level 1: The organizer has verified their personal email address. This is the minimum requirement to publish an event.
Organization Verified
Level 2: The event is linked to a recognized organization domain (e.g.,
@pycon.org or @google.com). This confirms the event is officially sanctioned by the entity.Custom Domain Verified
Level 3: The CFP is hosted on a custom domain (e.g.,
cfp.yourconf.com). This provides the highest level of branding and trust.Fully Verified
Level 4 (Premium): Our team has manually reviewed the event, organizer identity, and payment history. This is the gold standard for trust.
